Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Dispatch Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3 to 5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 business days

Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier disruptions, or public holidays, we'll notify you if your order is affected.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on your first order
• Standard shipping charges (Rs.150) apply if your order value is under Rs.2000.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on all orders nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address after placing an order.
